The employees at this location are the rudest people I have ever seen at a post office. I’ve dealt with some rude people in my time, but never anything that comes close to the disgusting behavior that I witnessed at this location near flamingo and Jones. The female staff member that was there was absolutely disgustingly rude to a male Customer, putting him down, insulting him, and making him feel like he was crap on the bottom of her shoe. The other male employee completely ignored people asking questions even a little old lady that was asking questions about something she was unaware of. She seemed kind of confused. He literally just blatantly ignored her and was completely rude for absolutely no reason I felt bad for this poor woman. She was confused and she was elderly. You guys should literally be fired for the way you treat customers especially the elderly that come in there. People are just trying to send letters and packages. there is absolutely no reason for you to have any arrogance and put people down belittle them insult them, and just completely show. No empathy for people whatsoever. It’s the holidays for Christ sake learn customer service if you’re gonna do a job like this be decent people I could see by your guys’s physical appearance that you literally don’t take care of yourself so why should I expect that you would take care of other people? It’s absolutely disgusting. You should all be fired.

I came to this location yesterday to send out some letters to my family for the holidays and some loved ones. I have never encountered such a rude group of employees in my life. If you don’t like your job, why do you work there? Honestly, I felt insulted. By the way the lady was talking to the man that was in front of us. She was talking down to him, belittling him and making him Feel like he was nothing. I could see the look in his face. It was actually quite disgusting your other customers completely ignored us when asking for tape and I just wanna put it out there. You really should treat people better if you don’t like your job find another job but insulting people belittling people and putting people down for just sending letters and packages to loved ones or for whatever reason gives you no reason to be so damn rude. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
