    Fast and Friendly service at the counter!! Wait time was non-existent, as there was no line! The time of day matters I guess....it was 3:47 p.m. on a Monday.

    I am getting mail with a different name and I am waiting for a supervisor for the last 15 min,the older lady with short grey hair is rude and her customer service skill are poor ,I've contacted the 800 number and the fraud dept about this ,no one here wants to help me I will contact a higher up authority on this matter,I waited 40 min and no supervisor to help,I guess I have to write a letter to the post master general

    service requested: i needed to some quickest shipping to my cousin in LA for a phone he forgot in my possession. They had the envolope and even advised me to buy bubble wrap to make sure the phone would not be damaged in transit. quality: it always so dark in there it feels so depressing but its government funded so what can you do about it. value: shipping things isn't as expensive as I imagine it. So doing it often maybe, but for one time it's not too bad.

    Having a problem with a package being shipped to the wrong address. I don't need employees who work for us who uses anger as a tool to deal with me. Just asking to adjust the delivery address before it ships raised her ire. I didn't even enter the address it is being shipped to. I came all of the way down here to be yelled at. Unacceptable!
