They had the envolope and even advised me to buy bubble wrap to make sure the phone would not be damaged in transit. quality: it always so dark in there it feels so depressing but its government funded so what can you do about it. value: shipping things isn't as expensive as I imagine it. So doing it often maybe, but for one time it's not too bad.

Just asking to adjust the delivery address before it ships raised her ire. I didn't even enter the address it is being shipped to. I came all of the way down here to be yelled at. Unacceptable!
