Rude service
I was very disappointed with the customer service. I simply wanted to double-check that my shipping slip was correct before taping it onto my package. However, instead of helping, the staff were quite rude.
Tammy told me I needed to buy tape for $3.99 and refused to assist me in any way. I said that was fine and went to my car to check if I had my own tape. When I came back, another employee named Melissa said, “You need to tape it — the other lady already told you five minutes ago,” in a very dismissive tone. I tried to explain that I understood, and I just want to check did I bring the extra tape in my car, but I still received no courtesy or patience.
I wasn’t asking for special treatment — just a simple clarification before sealing my package. I hope this location can improve its customer service and treat customers with a little more understanding.

I’ve only had positive experiences here, due to the kind and accommodating customer service. I’ve been helped by multiple people at the counter and they all go the extra step to help you. They even sincerely apologize for the long wait, when it’s not anything they can control.
I haven’t had to wait in extremely long lines, so I don’t have that experience. There are usually 8 people in front of me, and I don’t mind waiting, but I’ve seen the photos of lines that get really long. There isn’t a USPS that I haven’t experienced a wait at, though. I expect it.
