I’ve had multiple shipments that take over a week just to scan whoever is running this location needs to get another job. Clearly they have no idea on how to run a US Postal Service location. I’m an operations management and run a multi international company my biggest dread of the day is having to drop packages off here because I have no idea whether it’s going to make it there safe or not this is my second post in hopes that the federal government will actually step in and make this location operate legally I don’t understand how they are able to operate in this manner!!!! AT LEAST CHANGE THE DROPBOX SO PEOPLE CAN ACTUALLY SAFELY DROP THEIR PACKAGES OFF WITHOUT WORRYING SOMEBODY’S GOING TO STEAL THEM

I got there at 8am on a Monday waited in line an hour watching her call up passport walk ins. When I got to the front she told me she wasn’t taking any more walk-ins. There was no communication no sign nothing then she told me she had to leave. I asked if there was another USPS I could go to and she said “I don’t know I work at this one” like if I was dumb for asking. She’s so rude she ruined my daughters birthday surprise I wish I could report her
