This place is so disorganized. I do t even know where to begin. If you see a lot of customers, hire more staff.

Yes, the lines have been a bit long, but the service has always been great. The staff are very helpful and have provided any information I needed.

I normally don’t write reviews unless it’s reviews to praise a business for their exceptional customer service or when the service was just unbearable. I’m writing in hopes something is changed at this location. I’ve witness and experienced terrible customer service here. I went in for a passport walk in. The times online says walk ins are 0800-0900. I get there at 0830 and was told that the times online aren’t right and it’s from 0630-0730 and that they are no longer taking walk ins. I get it, y'all are busy and no longer taking walk ins, but you don’t have to be rude about it. Even another customer said the same about the times online. Please update the times online because it’s already hard getting someone on the phone to talk to and it’s always such a long line no matter what time of the day I go there. If you have to be rude in a customer service type of job then you probably should seek work that doesn’t require it (just a suggestion).

After reading all of the negative reviews I was trepidatious about taking my 3 bags of packages to be mailed from this center. I need not have worried! The parking lot was packed with a long line to the door. Immediately my bags were taken to a waiting area until I got to the front of the line. Lovely Kat, thanks! The wait was pretty short in spite of the long line and Melissa just made my whole week! The area is lovingly decorated to the point that small children were happy! I loved my experience and am grateful.🎄

I’m reporting an ongoing and repeated issue with our postal carrier. Multiple packages of mine have been lost, misplaced, or delivered to the wrong address, and I’ve had to locate them myself more than once. I have also received other residents’ packages on several occasions. Submitting tickets through the online system has not resolved the problem, and when I call in to report it, staff immediately recognize the situation and know exactly which carrier I’m referring to. This indicates the issue is already known but continues without correction. I have photos and videos documenting these delivery errors. At this point, the pattern is consistent and unacceptable. I’m requesting that this matter be addressed promptly to prevent any further loss or mishandling of mail.
