Postal worker Shawntrese was rude reached over and gave herself a smiley face for review. I would have gave her a frowny-face.

I’m so frustrated with mail carrier. They said I had a certified mail he left a notice in my mailbox, stated he missed giving it to me.So I returned that notice in my mailbox for redelivery but totally ignored and left it in my mailbox.I called this post office,no operator picking up the phone. So I called main branch and complained.Everyday I’m waiting for redelivery then finally after 6 days, supervisor emailed me stated they lost that certified mail.I believe Vegas has an easy way of dropping mils. They’re just putting everything in that one mailbox while California has hard way dropping it house by house but never encountered problems for all those years I lived there.I hope I will not encounter another frustrations and waiting everyday for a certified mail.Maybe mail carrier expect me to go to their post office but since I don’t have a transportation I will use rideshare and will cost me more than $40.back and forth.
