More Amazon and the Seller's fault for not knowing USPS has mail package weight restrictions for oversized packages weighing more than 40 lbs. Which I learned over the week after plenty conversations with Amazon that were not exactly knowledgeable in USPS's delivery system. After speaking with multiple USPS representatives one gentleman finally mentioned the weight. So I asked for clarification and the gentleman was able to provide clarity. From here service improved all around. Alleviating my frustrations. I just think if Amazon and it's seller's are to work hand in hand with USPS that they should do their research and reviews of what's provided throughout USPS. I only gave 4 stars only because the first 3 USPS representatives were not able to give me direct answers but the last 3 representatives made a difference.
