I live on Kell Ln and our mail person throws mail al over the ground also he refuses to take mail that has been marked “return to sender”. All the mail I just picked up off the ground was all marked “return to sender”. The guy is a jerk and needs to find a different job.

I lost a very valuable package that I dropped off at Postnet to ship USPS priority mail. The owner doesn’t scan the label but the pickup driver does. It turns out the pickup driver didn’t scan and now the package is lost. I can’t even file a claim because the post office has no record of the package has been picked up.

There’s a sign on the door that says something along the lines of “you can only pick up mail here” there is no dropping off or stamps or other services. Strangest thing I’ve ever seen.
