My wife ordered something through Amazon and I personally received the package and when I opened it, there was only a brown paper inside.The Amazon Prime tape was ripped and they put a brown tape over it. Yesterday I ordered a couple of things through Amazon as well and in the package tracking they say they couldn't get in because the residence was closed, which is totally false. The other order says it wasn't delivered due to an animal disturbance. They're apartments, and no one has loose pets. I went to ask, and the response was that the package was being delivered again.They're irresponsible and disrespectful. They're gifts for our families, and unfortunately, they don't arrive on time due to poor logistics.
