The employees here are consistently unfriendly, unprofessional, and downright rude. On multiple visits, not a single worker has smiled, greeted customers, or even said “thank you”—even after I made sure to say it twice! It’s baffling how a business can operate with such a lack of basic customer service. The dismissive attitude and lack of appreciation make every interaction unpleasant. If the owner actually took the time to read these reviews, they’d see that this is a recurring issue. Customers deserve better—especially when paying for shipping services that aren’t cheap. Until management addresses the poor employee behavior, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Zero stars for customer service. Do better, UPS.
