  Don’t understand bad reviews at all. Very courteous, get it right and they’re quick. And you get a receipt!! I couldn’t ask for more.

  This store wanted to charge me for a free Amazon return. My return item was “too small.”I’d recommend going somewhere else.

  I’ve been going to the UPS store very very long time and I have no idea why these bad reviews unless people aren’t understanding or paying attention to what is said it’s a shame. His story goes out of its way to make sure that everyone’s taken care of and happy if you’re looking for a UPS store this is the one.

  WOW Great Friendly Service With A Smile Then.... I lost my tracking #...... I was able to call and was quickly helped to retrive my Tracking # and sent a copy of the receipt !!! So thankfull for ............ REAL PERSONAL SERVICE THANK YOU

  Went in today cause I had some light packages to mail out for someone. One of the boxes I was mailing out happened to be rather large so I had to carry it by itself before I was able to carry the other boxes in to the store. Well as I was walking into the store one of the employees saw me, a young lady, and I believe she saw me from behind the counter and immediately made a mad dash to the front of the store to open the entrance door for me, noticing that I had my hands full with this one box. The box was light and I could have opened the door myself but I thought it was such a kind gesture for this ups employee to go out of her way like that. For that this store gets 5 stars.
