First, I must say that my package was delivered safely, so I'm happy about that. Although much of that credit goes to larger UPS delivery organization rather than this individual store. I found the $100+ price for ground residential delivery to be a bit excessive. But I reluctantly paid because I was away from home and the package had to go out. I later reviewed my receipt and found that the 9 lb 1.2 oz package had a "42.00 lb billable wt (dim wt)." I returned to the store the next day and asked an employee about this difference and he could not explain it but seems sympathetic, so he agreed to have the manager call me when they arrived. I've yet to receive a call from that manager. A week later, I called the store and spoke to the assistant manager. He explained the concept of "dimensional weight" which sounded bogus to me, but I'll acknowledge is a valid shipping concept in the industry (that seems to work to the advantage of the shipping company). He then proceeded to tell me that the dim weight didn't matter and the price would have been the same regardless. So I received the service that I purchased, but I have concerns. 1. The price seemed excessive, but seems to be UPS standard. 2. Front line worker had not been trained to explain company pricing. 3. No follow-up by manager. I fault myself for not understanding "dimensional weight." I encourage anyone shipping larger dimension items to understand this and minimize package size to minimize cost.

The staff there are a joke, i went to pick up a package that i ordered on may 6th. Order didnt show up at my house and then i was charged to relocate to either a new address, or a ups near me. I was blessed with this aweful location. I called minutes before i left to pick up my package and they said to pick it up i just needed my ID. I thought that was fine and when i arrived less than 15 minutes from the call, the store appeared to be closed. Mind you the store was supposed to have been open for another hour. I arrvied at 5:00pm on may 12 and the store closed at 6:00pm. When i peeked through the glass i saw some employees packaging. I knocked and they ignored, i called and they ignored. I waited 30 minutes calling and knocking until one particular customer arrived. He knocked extremely loudly twice. On the second knock the staff yelled with clear anger in their voice “NO” and when the customer replied with, “it says you’re open” the staff just laughed and mocked us saying, “bye bye”. So this was an amazing experience and beautiful waste of 40 minutes of my day, just to get a mother’s day gift. The sad part is that i cant seem to find anything to report the employees in the store and ups does a wonderful job of making reports extremely inaccessible. Thanks if you read the whole review. Good luck on your experience in this joke of a place

Went there on a Sunday (6/2/19) looking to mail some documents, maybe like 10 pages. I usually send it via USPS and it costs me about $1.80. I knew they charge double and that was fine. But the lady working there was very unhelpful and rude, as soon as told her what I'm doing she was like "Oh, we charge double!!!" And I'm like "Ok, that's fine." Then she didn't even seem to touch the touchscreen computer when she just said "$14.95". Whaaat?!?! That's 7 times more expensive ... what in the world?!? I'm definitely not going back there because of service and price!

I went in to print a shipping label from a USB drive. Their printer does not read USB 3.0 drives (even though they've been around for years), so the employee told me I would have to print from the computer, which is a $3 charge. $3 to print one shipping label. Screw these guys.
