  I had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store. I went to ship off a big box of things, and they were able to get in me and out very quickly. The owner, Ramin, was very friendly and helped answer my questions along the way. And lastly, the store is clean and organized. I just moved to this neighborhood, and I have definitely found my go-to spot for all my shipping needs. Please support your small local businesses everyone! I know it says UPS on the outside, but there's always a local family inside trying to make it all work 😊

  AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. Kian, the man with the beard, was incredibly rude for no reason whatsoever. It is clear that he is miserable at his job and, after reading the many negative reviews from others here, it shows that he takes his misery out on customers by being contemptuous and aggressive, as if he is going out of his way to be mean and nasty. I have never been treated so rudely by a clerk before in my life. I used to go to this store often, now I will NEVER go back. I feel sorry for the owners. They surely have no idea how bad of an employee they hired. UPS corporate should look into this franchise location as it is tarnishing their brand by having such a bad store bearing their name. I am going to write them a letter. AVOID THIS STORE AND FIND ANOTHER LOCATION, TRUST ME!

  The beard guy is really rude, and not professional at all. He barely has a smiling face . He locked the door before the close time. He saw me carrying bags and box, the time is 4:57pm, and he turned his back away and just ignored me at the door! It is not 5pm yet! He just wants to get off the work sooner? Do not make customers feel valuable! I wish UPS gets some good and responsible people working here!

  Efficiency and care of delivery of packages is outstanding . Prices to ship packages are reasonable and staff are extremely helpful. Everything was explained clearly and I never felt rushed. It is very convenient to use the UPS Store. Delivery of packages are very quick and is delivered on date promised.
