Our shipment has been lost because of her negligence and shipping it to the wrong address with the wrong information, causing us problems with tariffs and delivery from this moment on we will continue working with DHL because UPS has proven to us that they would like to hire your people who sit on their phones getting paid $12 per hour not wanting to even say hi with a proper smile.
