  It's a Sunday. And this store was open. I had three returns for Amazon, and one of them was a problem. This young lady was able to solve it for me and take my return even though I had certainly messed up. She is amazing! Thank you so much!

  I just went into the store to ship a package to my wife the girls started giving me an attitude as soon as she finishes other customers because I parked in the wrong location and then she threw her tape measure I reached out picked up my package and walked away I do not recommend this location at all because I don't need an attitude to be a customer

  Ashely Is Really on top of everything 5 Stars service 5 Stars nicest attitude. All crew is very kind and professional and patient. For Sure I renew My Box next year.

  I think we’re gonna write enough reviews to make sure that Ashley is either properly trained or fired from the store. Our shipment has been lost because of her negligence and shipping it to the wrong address with the wrong information, causing us problems with tariffs and delivery from this moment on we will continue working with DHL because UPS has proven to us that they would like to hire your people who sit on their phones getting paid $12 per hour not wanting to even say hi with a proper smile. And I think that’s perfectly OK so ciao

  Went in for a notary. "Notary doesn't work today, you should try calling." I did call. no one picks up the phone. Communication is a two way street. Poor communication = poor commitment to customers.
