  The young man with the beard that works there and the rest of the staff are very professional and know their job very well, they are always very friendly and never keep people waiting. This is the most efficient well kept UPS store I have ever been too.

  Have been going to this UPS location for the last few years and their customer service has gotten progressively worse. The female employees act as if you just woke them up from a nap, they are always moody, rarely speak and when they do, its a 2 or 3 word reply. Today was the final breaking point for me. I entered the store and there was 1 other customer and 2 employees, who appeared to be putting out Halloween decorations. The male employee did not even look my way, the female employees quickly glanced over her shoulder at me and proceeded to tell "Alexa" to do something. I approached the counter with a package that I was simply dropping off, the postage was already applied. I handed the package to the female and she started to walk away. I had to say, wait I need to mail this letter as well. First thing out of her mouth was give me your ID, no please, no may I, she just outright demanded my ID. I was a bit confused as to why I needed ID to mail a letter. It was already pre-addressed and just needed postage. I handed her my ID and she began typing into her computer. A few moments later she says, $14.48 it will be there by Tuesday. Excuse me, I replied. Does that include tracking and is that the lowest price. It appeared very high to mail a letter containing 14 sheets of paper. She said that it was the absolute lowest price available. Come to find out, she outright lied to me. She never offered me the USPS rates, only the cost to ship the letter via UPS Ground Commercial, which was almost $11 more than USPS First Class Mail Rate. I was already disgusted with the poor customer service received from this location, and now I will no longer use their services.

  Kamaron was great even though a previous customer was very rude to her she did not let yhe incident affect her job performace....... She remained friendly and helpful... Her customer service is great.

  Don't waste your time going here unless you have a lot of it to waste. I've tried three times to drop off a simple Amazon return and it doesn't matter if there's one person in line or 10 people in line you're going to wait 30 minutes. The owners are so cheap that they only allow one person to work the desk and that person is able to fumble around long enough that the others in line eventually get tired of waiting and leave. Great job UPS store!
