They’re always rude, stressed out and impatient. 2nd time I interact with them and they’re always speaking with an arguing tone and have little patience to explain things calmly and kindly. It’s always stressful interacting with them. They always seem to be annoyed getting a word out of their mouth. and of course no greering no have a nice day nothing. It’s like they’re doing a favor by servicing you. Don’t get me wrong, Everyone else in this location is kind and nice. But I’m now avoiding going here just to avoid to have to deal with this employee again. I don’t know how you can work in customer service with such an attitude. I literally even avoid to speak to them now to avoid to having to argue.
