  Employees go above and beyond, especially when someone (definitely me) messes up the process of sending a certified mail return receipt request envelope. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she helped me and made me not feel like an idiot. I don't know the process for sending one of those things, and she understood and took care of me. Bravo.

  All of the UPS Store – Silverado location is hands down the best. Amazing service every time, with a team that’s always friendly, professional, and ready to help. There was never a time they didn’t say thank you and wish me a great day — that level of kindness really stands out. Highly recommend
