  The layout of the recent remodel is horrible. Previously, the front of the store had ample space for customers to wait in line. Now, a good chunk of space at the entry is taken up by P.O. boxes. Customers are funneled through narrow walkways and if you visit while there is even a moderate amount of customers there and need to use the Amazon self-service area, you will have to excuse yourself as you squeeze past folks.

  I was there yesterday 2/27/26 around 5pm and the lady that made a copy of this important document never gave me my original copy back. I didn’t realize it till later. I came here today 2/28/26 once they opened to see if they hold items or papers that people forget and it wasn’t there. I think it’s common sense if someone is there to make a an original copy of something specially with a raised stamp in it it’s important. You guys should hold things at least for a day or two when things like this happen. I wish I had realized that the lady kept my document and never gave it back.

  Don’t leave reviews very often. The remodel looks great but the customer service was fairly rude and subpar. Kindness goes a long way. Have a blessed day!

  If you are a foreigner do not use this place for passport photos or sending out of country. I’ve recently had photos done for international passport that were returned from them and had to pay twice to send out my paper work again, they didn’t even send it out properly the second time that I paid for. I brought in my previous receipts and said I wanted it shipped the same way which was by UPS because Canada post is on strike, turns out they sent it by post, why am I coming to UPS to send by regular mail? I’m not. I can’t wrap my head around this. If you’re doing Amazon returns they are 5 stars anything else is 0 stars.
