  We had one of the worst experiences at this location & I wouldn't return if it were the last place on earth where I could mail a package. There were 2 ladies working there & one turned out to be the manager, "Angel", who approached us when we were at the counter. I had a small box & asked if she could tape the seam. She replied, "Yes, for 2 dollars". When I was shocked, she smirked & laughed. I wasn't aware that UPS was charging for tape these days, as the last time I was at a store, they taped a package for no charge. However, it wasn't about the $2. I didn't have cash on me & didn't want to put a lousy $2 on my credit card. I told her this, thinking she would put one small piece of tape on my package as a courtesy this one time. Oh, no. Not Miss Attitude. She said, "Oh well. Nothing we can do about it" & she continued smirking! I replied, "I would have to run home for cash". Now, it gets even better, with her rude sidekick, "Destiny" piping in from the background, "While your there, maybe you should tape your box". REALLY??? How incredibly rude & disrespectful. They both laughed at her little joke. Is this appropriate? Is this customer service? I was appalled but paid the $2 for a single piece of tape approximately 4 inches long. As we left, I glanced back & they were both laughing. I had enough at that point & told them both that their behavior was unacceptable & that I would escalate this episode to the corporate office. The following day, I reported the experience to UPS Corporate to no avail, as the phone representative took the information & said I would receive a call back within 24 hours. This never happened. Obviously, UPS isn't concerned about how their personnel is treating customers. Suffice it to say, I will not return to that store at 9360 W Flamingo Rd. & So called Manager "Angel" & her big mouthed partner in crime, "Destiny" should be forced to take their antics elsewhere. These two are a poor representation for any company. Their immaturity & complete lack of professionalism does not belong in any customer service environment. Sadly, this seems to be the norm in in this day & age. Shame on the companies such as UPS who hire these people who are clearly NOT the right choice for dealing with the public. I deserve an apology from both of those ladies as well as UPS. I won't hold my breath. But I will take my business elsewhere.

  they cant even do the printing properly and the manager is very rude and cannnot solve the problems
