  No one was inside for at least a few minutes, eventually a girl came up and started yelling someone’s name. He eventually came up and had a very hard time packaging my item. I asked for him to cut the box height down three times and had to physically stop him from taping it with 6” of void space at the top. They charged me $3.25 to print a thermal UPS label because “that computer don’t have a good printer…” and now I look like a moron because there’s a massive 4x size label taped to the top of my haphazardly packed box. I was also told that if I didn’t pay for “fragile pack” I wasn’t allowed any void fill. I had to package my own item because he couldn’t figure out how to fit it in the box he had measured 30 seconds earlier. Didn’t get a receipt, either!

  Unprofessional. Arrived on a Saturday when business hrs say 9am-5pm, google said they were open, Apple Maps said they were open, their own website said they were open yet at 9:44am the door was locked. Called them 3 times with no answer.

  $7 for a box is the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen in awhile by ups. Don’t waste your time unless you have your own stuff even with return codes. Returned many items without a packing box but of course temu is the tricky one I guess. Customer service is great so that’s a bonus I guess.

  Unreliable UPS location. My business supplies arrived on 12/16/2025 in this location. My app said I had a week to pickup. I went to pickup on 12/21/2025, I was told my package was returned to the sender. Why? The unprofessional, lazy employee in the counter didn’t have an explanation.
