- HBHugo Boss2 days ago1.0Sent something for a pick up at the store… Charles who was the person at the counter is probably the worst person to ever work at ups. Had the package on the counter the whole time and refused to give it to the person I sent it to for 45 min. I called 8 times no answer. Do your self a favor avoid this place like the plague especially if Charles is working he will refuse to look for you stuff or answer the phone when your trying to resolve the issue at hand. If I was in charge here he would have been fired a long time ago because this is not the first time this has happened.

The lady working gave off a very cold and kind of rude vibe. Not friendly at all. They will nickle and dime you for every little thing. I just needed ONE label printed and was charged for - "Computer use" - Paper - Ink - Tape This is the first time I've ever been charged these fees at ANY location (besides the paper/printing fee). Like I mentioned, just head to another nearby location and they will take care of you. I normally pay less than half at other locations. I will not be going back.
