- MSMo SahihiDec 20, 20251.0This store is close to my house. I have been there to return Amazon purchases. The woman there, I’m sure she is the owner, is always so rude. She acts like she doesn’t want customers in the store. Just a horrible and tense feeling to go in there. . There is a UPS store on Charleston, just a block away, who are welcoming and happy to help customers. Do not support this store. There are so many other UPS stores to code from.

Also with the insurance I paid for on the package. DO NOT RELY ON THIS STORE. They even accept TIPs but could care less about you afterwards. I don’t write reviews often but this was needed.
- HBHugo BossNov 22, 20251.0Sent something for a pick up at the store… Charles who was the person at the counter is probably the worst person to ever work at ups. Had the package on the counter the whole time and refused to give it to the person I sent it to for 45 min. I called 8 times no answer. Do your self a favor avoid this place like the plague especially if Charles is working he will refuse to look for you stuff or answer the phone when your trying to resolve the issue at hand. If I was in charge here he would have been fired a long time ago because this is not the first time this has happened.
- INIchabod NagamatomoOct 28, 20251.0AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN!!! There are several nearby locations that will treat you a lot better. It'll be worth it, trust me. The lady working gave off a very cold and kind of rude vibe. Not friendly at all. They will nickle and dime you for every little thing. I just needed ONE label printed and was charged for - "Computer use" - Paper - Ink - Tape This is the first time I've ever been charged these fees at ANY location (besides the paper/printing fee). Like I mentioned, just head to another nearby location and they will take care of you. I normally pay less than half at other locations. I will not be going back.
