I felt like my items were in the best possible hands, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism Matty showed throughout the process. It is rare to encounter such dedicated service, and I left the store feeling genuinely grateful for the help. I visit Las Vegas four times a year from Connecticut, and after my experience on January 3rd, I will definitely utilize this UPS Store over all others every time I’m in town.
