The manager or owner was super nice. Got me on the computer. Got my paper printed out and I was on my way within five minutes excellent customer Service. Would definitely use this location again.

They charge for computer use even if it's just to print out 1 piece of paper since they won't let you email your return label to them so they can print it out for you. So if you use their computer and don't log out or use incognito mode they can see all your info and probably store it for their own personal use. They are trying to pretend they are a FedEx/kinkos without the security of kinkos. I will never go back to this place, I will travel further to get better services and I'm so upset this UPS made me mad at UPS because I do prefer UPS over FedEx personally. Negative feelings on this store for being shady as hell and trying to steal peoples information while charging them for it!!! 0 Star vibes, do not recommend this store!! Go to the Sahara/Decatur location!! Mucho Better vibes and they are all super helpful there.
