With such a large order, I expected complications, but thanks to her efficiency and calm attitude, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. She was kind, quick, friendly, and genuinely committed to delivering a flawless result. It’s rare to find customer service at this level nowadays, and Silvia truly exceeded all expectations. Because of her outstanding help, I will definitely return to this UPS Store the next time I need printing services. Highly recommended!
