  The employee that helped us was super nice. However, my issue was the fact that we had to pay over $5 for them to tape a box shut for a return and the reason given was “Amazon doesn’t reimburse us for the cost of tape”. But when we asked how much a whole roll cost she said $5.99. That seemed crazy that you would charge the customer essentially the cost of a whole roll of tape just to tape a box shut.

  I only go to this UPS store because the lady who runs the front end is very nice and always greets me on the way in and answers any questions I may have. She makes dropping off and shipping very easy. Cheers.

  I recently had to print close to 4,000 pages spread across 18 different documents for an event with 50 participants, and I was extremely fortunate to be assisted by Silvia at this UPS Store. From start to finish, she handled everything with an incredible amount of patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. Silvia took the time to make sure each document was set up correctly, double-checking formatting, paper type, and print settings so that everything would come out perfectly. With such a large order, I expected complications, but thanks to her efficiency and calm attitude, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. She was kind, quick, friendly, and genuinely committed to delivering a flawless result. It’s rare to find customer service at this level nowadays, and Silvia truly exceeded all expectations. Because of her outstanding help, I will definitely return to this UPS Store the next time I need printing services. Highly recommended!
