I was at this location on Tuesday January 6 at 3 PM to ship a letter to Waco, TX. Overnight would cost more than $100. (I could buy a plane ticket to Waco for that much.) Sammie offered 2-day Priority Mail as the next least expensive option at $30, so IU use that option. Estimated delivery was to be Thursday January 8. The tracking at USPS proves otherwise. My package wasn’t scanned into USPS facility until 8 PM THE NEXT DAY, WEDNESDAY JANUARY 7 over 24 hours after leaving it with the UPS STORE. That suggests the package didn’t even leave UPS the day I dropped it off. Had I known that, I would have driven to a Post Office myself. NOW USPS says it won’t be delivered until Monday January 12. Sure some of that is due to the weekend getting in the way, but shame on the U{PS Store employee for not suggesting delivery directly to USPS MYSELF as the next best option. BOTTOMLINE: if UPS suggests use of a USPS service, go to the PO yourself, don’t trust UPS. As for management apologies, save it. Spend your time improving your service. Clearly I am not the only reviewer who is displeased.

The woman who helped me is likely the same woman who's been getting so much negative feedback. She wasn't particularly nasty to me, and she ultimately did the right thing with my Amazon return, but I was mildly chastised for not sealing the box. When I jokingly said, "I'm sure there's some tape around here somewhere," I was told that UPS charges for packing. Not believing what I was hearing, I replied, "UPS charging for a 6-inch piece of tape is like Burger King charging for a napkin, a straw, or a packet of mustard!" This isn't my first bad experience with the chiselers at UPS, which is why I've begun to do as little business with them as possible. I had a similar experience at a different store regarding printed copies. ...This penny-pinching policy they've enacted is truly unbecoming of a company whose #2 concern (behind successful shipping and delivery) should be customer service. So I guess this isn't as much about today's experience with a woman who, I'm guessing is a really nice lady, as it is about UPS's nickel-and-diming their customers to death.

I have been a customer here since 2011. The store used to be great. Staff switched a few years ago and packages will be delivered hours prior and the lady at the front desk always has an attitude and does not even check for them despite being delivered. She does the bare minimum. Don’t know why I pay for a PO Box when I can’t get the packages I ordered. Hire more people if you want this location to function.

There is a good reason why this UPS store has a way worse review score than the other two right nearby it. Every time I’ve gone, they have been terrible, but this recent visit not only did the woman seem incredibly annoyed that she had to do anything when I came in to simply drop off some pre-paid packages, But she made me pull around back and carry all of my boxes into her back room and stack them for her. Then she screwed up all of the scans, lost one of my boxes and sent three of them to the wrong places. Avoid this place at all costs.
