I mostly ship my amazon and few other companies at this location. I’ve done a few notaries here slso which was fast and easy. The owner is really nice and so are most of the employees. This is a pretty well run location compared to a few others.Friendly staff that actually help.

This is the first time I’ve truly experienced such bad attitude. I’ll never return to this UPS — the customer service was awful.

Hello, I'm a regular customer at this store: 5693 S Jones Blvd Ste 112, Las Vegas, NV 89118. I know the employees here well and remember what they look like. But this morning, my return experience was terrible. One of the employees was a Black male, about 6 feet 5 inches tall, middle-aged, and balding. At 8:02 a.m., after he opened the door, I greeted him, but he walked straight in without turning around. I was surprised to encounter such a rude employee so early in the morning, but I didn't argue with him. When I got to the counter and he ignored me, I placed a small item weighing only 0.08 pounds and its QR code on the electronic scale on the table to show him. At this point, he started abusing his authority. He demanded that I hold my phone in my hand so he would scan the QR code. That's when I realized that this employee couldn't possibly be mute; otherwise, how could he speak? Was he deaf and didn't hear me say "Good morning"? Or was he deliberately ignoring me? This wasn't my first time returning an item; I'm familiar with the process, and it's usually handled this way. But today, he deliberately made things difficult for me. After the scan was successful, he printed out the return form and handed it to me without saying a word, without a smile, and without even glancing at me. I was completely ignored, as if I were invisible. Throughout the entire process, he seemed very unhappy, cold, and expressionless. I wondered if the unpleasant Thanksgiving last night had made his service so terrible this morning. Afterward, he prepared to serve the next customer. Just as I was about to leave the counter, I turned to him and said, "I greeted you this morning, but you completely ignored me. Your service was terrible. May I ask your name?" He didn't answer, just glared at me fiercely. I saw anger flash in his eyes. I saw "Sam" on his name tag and said, "Sam, I'm going to complain about you." He confidently replied, "Go ahead." Then I walked straight to the door, and that's when I heard him start cursing loudly. I couldn't be bothered with him because I had other things to do and didn't want him to waste my time. This is the worst morning I've ever experienced. This kind of employee is clearly unsuitable for the service industry. I don't know how UPS trains its employees, but I suggest the store manager have a serious talk with them. I'm telling the truth; you can check the security footage from today. Don't forget, your salaries are paid by us, the customers and taxpayers. Your employees can't even show the most basic respect. If your employees didn't sleep well the night before or are in a bad mood, you can suggest they don't come to work, but please don't bring this terrible attitude and bad mood to every healthy customer. I'm a regular customer at this store and know the staff well. The other young people are always smiling and optimistic. But I've never seen employees like this. Please investigate this matter thoroughly.
Looking forward to your reply. Best wishes.
