- PSPaking SyDec 8, 20251.0This UPS Store has absolutely terrible communication. I paid for Next-Day Air, yet my package arrived a full day late. Conveniently, their tracking slapped a “due to weather” excuse at every stop just to avoid giving a refund. While trying to file a complaint with their headquarters, the store staff promised to call me—they never did. The manager said she would email me—she didn’t. Every time I call to follow up, I get nothing but a run-around and zero accountability. Efficiency: 1 star. Customer service: 1 star. Next-Day delivery guarantee: 0 stars. I’m done with UPS. Never again. FedEx is far better.
