    I come here a lot for shipping, printing and amazon returns. Last time I was there I was shipping my work Ipad I got there 20 mins before they close the lady that works there offered to pack it for me so i said okay and then she said i’ll have to leave it and she will pack it with the other packages she needed to pack I told her I’ll just do it myself because i needed to take a picture of it getting dropped off because the ipad is Medicare/Medicaid ipad with patients info in it. she then gave me an attitude and rudely told me to wait around and then proceeded to pack the ipad and when she was done she threw it on the counter. i get it it’s holiday we are all tired but please if you cant be professional just work somewhere else you dont have to deal with customers.

    Excellent experience here at the N Decatur UPS Store, with Laly! First of all, she securely taped up our box, wrapping it all the way around across both directions. Thank you! Secondly, they are open until 7pm! Everywhere else had just closed and we needed this package on its way for Christmas! If you aren't familiar with this location... we certainly had never noticed it and we had braces right next door for two years! It's over on the far side of the Walmart shopping center area... next to, you guessed it... the orthodontist 😅 Excellent parking. Easy easy access! And it's immaculate inside. We will likely make THIS our go-to location from now on. Absolutely we will return, and I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND
