I asked to clarify, if the 25¢ was per document or per sheet and the gentleman said per document and quoted me an amount. Once the document was printed it turns out the price is per sheet. It's frustrating that I asked the specific question about the pricing and was given the wrong answer. I just would have liked to be given the correct info up front. Just a human misunderstanding all around, I guess. They did not choose to honor the original price.

But the people and owner of this location make it painless and even somewhat enjoyable. I’m sure they see it all, all the mess and confusion and frustration. Yet they are just lovely, patient and also efficient. I might just pursue a career in eBay sales if they stick around. Probably not, but, you understand the compliment.
