Very polite young man. Everything went smoothly and being a senior I really appreciated him greatly. If you're reading reviews, go here, you won't be disappointed. Pay no attention to these Karen's' reviews. To me, if you go somewhere with an attitude and expect good service..good luck. I wouldn't give it either. You get what you give.
