  I called this place I live around the corner I needed 2 copies done one of the barcode and 1 of the barcode and 1 of the barcode and 1 of a receipt black & white I just wanted to email them to the store and go pick my copies up they have a minimum $3 fee if you send your copy through email and a minimum of 5 copies that you have to buy at that price so the minimum you can buy Our get made is 5 copies for $3 this place is a racket

  I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month and still haven’t received it. Both boxes ended up being returned to me, and I provided all the correct information (the same address I’ve used for other shipments). I was told the manager needs to ask their boss in order to process my refund, but nothing has moved forward despite my emails. I’m frustrated because I’m not asking for anything complicated — just a refund for something that clearly didn’t go through as it should have. The lack of communication and accountability has been really disappointing.

  I shipped a package via USPS Express from this location on Tuesday. The staff assured me it would arrive to the customer by Friday. However, the package wasn’t actually handed over to USPS until Thursday night. Now, delivery is pushed back to Monday. This was a critical shipment, as the customer leaves for vacation on Friday and will not receive it in time. The mishandling at this location has caused significant issues. The staff here are completely incompetent and unprofessional. I shipped an important package via USPS Express from this location on Tuesday. Your staff guaranteed me that it would arrive by Friday. Instead, the package sat here until Thursday night before it was even handed to USPS. Now, delivery is delayed until Monday. Because of this negligence, my customer will miss the delivery entirely — they leave for vacation Friday. This is not just an inconvenience; it directly damages my business and reputation. The staff at this location have shown unacceptable incompetence and lack of professionalism. I am demanding immediate attention from management to address this failure and to ensure this does not happen again.

  I went to this location today and I was very nervous. I had to get a form notarized stating I'm who I claim to be, because I'm requesting from the State Agency in California my birth certificate thru their website. To be honest, I was incarcerated for a very long time, and just got out so I have no form of I.D. because I don't know where it's at anymore, which I am currently trying to re-establish. I was very embarrassed speaking to the employee, Ms. Jaswinder Kaur, by showing her the Department of Corrections printout I.D. stating my situation, with them verifying my identity and where I've been the past few years. Although there were other customers in line, she was very discreet and treated me with respect with no judgment, and reviewed all my documents I presented to her. She then processed the form and was very kind the whole time! She smiled the whole time making me feel more comfortable. In closing, I truly recommend this location to anyone reading this because they are very professional, the store was clean and organized compared to other stores I've seen lately. So now this will be the store I'll be using soon when I have my 90 year old mom drive me to, to drop off my UPS packages! :) Thank you again UPS!

  I always get above and beyond assistance when I visit this UPS on Blue Diamond Rd., in Las Vegas. I’m a senior citizen and often am moving slowly and not sure exactly the steps I need to take to ship a package, have something notarized or copies made. The staff at this store are very patient with me, do not rush me, and ALWAYS help me. They are very knowledgeable about the services available and explain them in a way that I understand. Today was no exception. The young lady who helped me today was super and should be recognized for her abilities.
