  Walked in with 8 people in line I. Front of me. I was in and out the door in under five minutes. The three ladies working the counter were efficient, pleasant and getting the job done. Great work!

  This is the most convenient UPS store to my home so I use it quite frequently but lately it seems like every time I go there is someone outside the store who is collecting money for some charity or organization, it’s a different one every time. It’s rather annoying. I don’t like giving my money to random people on the street collecting for an organization that I’ve never heard of. I don’t know if these people have been given permission by the owner/manager of the UPS store but if they have it, it’s rather disappointing.

  Great for drop off when I print my shipping labels at home or have an Amazon return ... but TERRIBLE for pricing on supplies such as envelopes. I went to the store today to drop off 2 UPS Ground items consisting of paperwork, where I had printed my labels at home, yet wound up spending $4.31 to purchase 2 10x13 envelopes to mail them in. That pricing is outrageous! $1.99 + tax for just ONE envelope when I can buy 100 of them on Amazon for $16-$20 + tax. Had I known this before I went to the store, I simply would have used envelopes that I had at home. C'mon, y'all ... simply set more reasonable prices for your supplies, and I would have given you a 5-star rating, because you usually do a good job otherwise.

  I called this place I live around the corner I needed 2 copies done one of the barcode and 1 of the barcode and 1 of the barcode and 1 of a receipt black & white I just wanted to email them to the store and go pick my copies up they have a minimum $3 fee if you send your copy through email and a minimum of 5 copies that you have to buy at that price so the minimum you can buy Our get made is 5 copies for $3 this place is a racket

  I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month and still haven’t received it. Both boxes ended up being returned to me, and I provided all the correct information (the same address I’ve used for other shipments). I was told the manager needs to ask their boss in order to process my refund, but nothing has moved forward despite my emails. I’m frustrated because I’m not asking for anything complicated — just a refund for something that clearly didn’t go through as it should have. The lack of communication and accountability has been really disappointing.
