- LTLisa TomsFeb 11, 20262.0They delivered my Tonal, I found a scratch on the floor from the dolly and they have denied my claim based on the delivery men lying to cover up their misdoings (they aren’t supposed to bring the dolly into the house). They also are lying about the date the claim was filled (even though I have email receipts). They are now refusing to even call me to discuss. Use at your own risk. Update: the social media team reached out and said they would look into but absolutely nothing has happened so that’s just a joke so they can post that they called me. Completely useless. So still use this company at your own risk. Update: the social media team got it done and this was resolved finally. They got a check sent to cover the estimate to repair the floor. I have updated my review to 2 stars; while I am happy with the resolution it is upsetting the hoops I had to jump through to get it. I hope they do the right thing for others moving forward.
