- MNMike NguyenJun 19, 20244.0Attempted to return my 5 gallon bottle but the exchange machine didn’t give me a ticket to redeem for credit. Wasted a good 15 minutes trying to figure out if I lost my bottle into the exchange machine. However at checkout they just asked you if I was exchanging or buying new and I could get my exchange credit applied.
