I was denied at two different authorized FedEx shipping locations because I did not already have a created shipping label. I came to this location located inside of Smith on Jones as a last attempt and he was able to figure it all out for me and was very patient when I had to wait for people to email me their address. He never complained or made me feel like a burden to his business and when other people came in, he was extremely friendly to them and knew them personally and he seems like a very good business owner. I will definitely come back in the future, and I recommend anyone looking for a full-time partner in their business to ship with PostNet. I’m going to recommend him to my friends and family, and hopefully he gets more business because he demonstrate what everyone should strive for when it comes to customer service

Busy store, might have to wait, but definitely will receive care if you're friendly and patient. Lovely chatting with them.
