The owner gave me a receipt with a tracking number and told me it would be there by wednesday. I checked the tracking number and package ID on the DHL website and both said no results. So I come to the Postnet on Tuesday to ask why there is no info on my package. Cody is unable to help me and says he has no way to contact the manager or the owner. The owner finally arrives tells me she has changed the tracking number without telling me. She had my cellphone number and could have contacted me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
