I paid $278 for 2 books to be copied and was quoted 5 business days 2 weeks later they wanted another $120 saying there was more to be done. When I picked up my books I was so angry it took me this long to calm down because I couldn't believe that they put an image of someone else's product on the cover of my book. Basically they're not worth it!
