  Insight Global is one of the most disorganized and unprofessional temporary staffing and recruiting agencies I have ever worked with. I entered this engagement in good faith and trusted the company; unfortunately, it resulted in the worst professional experience I have encountered with a recruiting firm. I experienced repeated delays in payment, inconsistent communication, and shifting explanations that required me to continuously follow up simply to receive compensation owed for work completed. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve the matter internally, I was forced to retain legal counsel and issue a formal demand letter in order to be paid. Even then, additional delays occurred, including claims that required documentation had not been received despite having been properly submitted. The level of leadership and operational management from Scarlett, Sophie and Zach from North Carolina that I encountered was deeply concerning. Escalation was necessary to obtain any meaningful response, and the process lacked professionalism, accountability, and transparency throughout. I ultimately had to escalate matters significantly to receive clear feedback and resolution. Based on my experience, I do not recommend working with or doing business with Insight Global. There are far more professional, organized, and ethical recruitment firms available. I do not write negative reviews lightly, but I believe it is important for others to be aware and to proceed with caution.

  Is this Agency open to help people look for work I haven’t sent over 28 applications for 2 years now and haven’t heard one thing. What is up with the temporary Agency in Vegas? Why have an agency if you are not going to help people who desperate to work. You know what else you call that number and is just a recording to go on their website to apply for work. You guys don’t bother calling people back for any job opportunities.Is terrible 😞 I’m tired of this I wish I can get the number of the CEO of this company to tell him about this nonsense

  I was contacted by Insight Global about a job starting at $20 p/h. I was told by a lady named Gabriella that my information would be sent to the accounts manager and once received I would get a phone interview. Well almost a week and half later nothing. I've sent multiple emails to this lady about the status of the situation and no response whatsoever. But after I did speak with them originally I all of a sudden started receiving weird emails and phone calls from job agencies. So I don't know if they shared my information with others or what but it's just weird timing that it happened like that. I wouldn't deal with Insight Global if I was you. As far as I am concerned and I might be wrong but either way I feel they are con artists.

  All I can say is WOW! Every interaction I have with someone on the team I am blown away by how professional and considerate they all are. I truly feel like they know me personally and have my best interest at heart with finding me my next job. Special shout out to Savanah Frandsen for keeping me updated every step of the way!
