Had a pair of shoes posted to me at my hotel (The Flamingo Las Vegas) using FedEx which I paid extra for delivery to get 2 day shipping, but they weren’t delivered to my room or even the hotel reception for me to collect, they went to the local FedEx centre where I had to go to pick them up, it was there they told me I had to pay an additional fee to them to get my package or they wouldn’t give my my shoes. The fee they then charged me was 3 times more than the original charge that I had paid already for the express 2 day shipping. TERRIBLE SERVICE, FEDEX WAS A RIP OFF!!!

I got to Vegas on a Friday afternoon from Cincinnati, and quickly realized that my drivers license had expired, and I wasn’t able to do anything in the casinos without it! I had a friend overnight my passport to this location, and it came promptly by 9:30am the next day. Shawn and Johnny at this store were so helpful and communicated everything with me to make sure I could get my passport quickly. What could’ve been a ruined trip was totally saved because of this office! Thank you!

Not only will I never use this location again, I'll do my best to avoid FedEx in the future as well. Total money grab. I do NOT recommend this location!
