Their compassion and professionalism truly made a difference, and I’m so grateful for their help. Outstanding service and even better people.

My husband and I came in to get something printed and we were having trouble with the machine. We went up at least 3 times to the lady in the blazer to ask for help and not once she offer to come help us with the machine just kept saying to keep connecting to the Wi-Fi and went back to doing to what she was doing . Spent $15 on the machine and left with nothing . We went to the ups on the same plaza and the young lady was able to help so fast we were out of there in minutes.
