  The store manager was super helpful and professional, and I truly appreciated the time and effort they gave me. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different when I returned for help filing a claim. Kiara was not helpful at all. She seemed very unsure about the process and appeared more focused on rushing me out than actually assisting me. Instead of trying to guide me or look into the issue, she quickly told me to call customer service. I paid over $100 for next-day service, and it turned into five days. That alone was already frustrating, but the lack of support when I came back for help made it even more upsetting. As a paying customer, especially after spending that kind of money, I expected professionalism, patience, and basic customer care. Instead, I felt dismissed and like my concerns didn’t matter. The interaction felt unprofessional and careless. Customer service should never make someone feel like they’re a burden for asking for help. Based on this experience, I would strongly reconsider returning to this location if Kiara is working.

  I went into make a color copy and Kiera was the rudest associate , I have ever met in my life!!!! I asked her for help she didn't move.She just told me what it would ask for and I already had inserted the u s b when I told her that she asked the other associate , will you PLEASE HELP HER. LIKE , I WAS AN INCONVENIENCE TO HER BEING A CUSTOMER. I would rather travel a longer distance than show up back at this store again.Absolutely disgusting customer service.When I left, i\nTold her that she can read her review online ans she told me she hopes, I have a better day. REALLY???? I'M NOT THE ONE TREATING MY CUSTOMERS WITH DISRESPECT! TRUST ME , TRAVEL FURTHER , DON'T COME TO THIS STORE.

  I like having the self-service machine. Some of the staff here are kind of snappy. But seems to be a general trend with most Fedex locations I've been to compared to UPS. I go in get my label, drop my packages off. Pretty easy.

  The staff are friendly, always helpful in carefully packaging the art that I ship, and the deliveries always occur on schedule.

  I came here just to get my time and money wasted. Apparently FedEx cannot send out USPS packages. I did not know that and the person did not communicate that with me.. She still charged me for the label and then sent me on my way to still go to USPS because FedEx does send USPS. Definitely better communication.
