- CKCamy KwokNov 14, 20253.0I like having the self-service machine. Some of the staff here are kind of snappy. But seems to be a general trend with most Fedex locations I've been to compared to UPS. I go in get my label, drop my packages off. Pretty easy.

This one girl wasn’t very helpful and was kind of rushing me and not very patient. Looked like she was doing other things when I walked in so it felt like I had disturbed her train of thought. I usually come in with a FedEx label code to send my document and they get the bag put the document in it and seal it up for me with no problem and a smile. This girl had issues and I’m not sure if I wanna come back here next time. I do it for convenience and since it’s close to my home. Someone needs to talk to her about her attitude. Very unprofessional. I’m sure she probably did a great acting job for her interview to get herself into FedEx. Disappointed ☹️
