  I went in Today on 2/12 and stood in line for over 25 mins, I had a return with a QR code. When I was next the worker James had no apologies for the long wait and told me I needed to pay for packaging for my return. I showed him my return details that clearly said no packing or label needed.. he proceeded to argue with me and say it wasn't true, I asked for him to talk to a manager and confirm and said very snarky "Ohh absolutely i willl" he asked another co worker and come to find out if was right. He came back with no apologies. This kind of customer service is un welcoming especially when having to stand in line for as long as I did already an inconvenience but then to have a worker with a nasty attitude to top it off. Yeah customer service can suck, been in it for 15 years btw, you need to learn to control your emotions even if its hectic and busy at work for you. No excuses, quit your job if you don't like it...

  Last time I went there I had a great interaction with an employee. (Sorry I forgot her name) Thought it was a fluke but today I was assisted by Asst. Mgr. Angie who confirmed this property practices positive customer service!!! Wish I owned my own business so that I could utilize their services more often. Also, whoever owns this store needs to give Angie a raise.

  I paid $70 to ship a package on 1.25.26 and as of the 29th, its still sitting in Memphis. After 30 minutes with a representative, I got no information, no help, no refund and exactly nothing but my time wasted. I have no idea when if ever the package will arrive. Use UPS not these people. Their customer service is non-existent. Little update here that the package got to its destination on the 30th, but of course FedEx wouldn't deliver it. It wasn't delivered till Feb 2nd. No excuse for this as my Amazon replacement was ordered after I shipped this and was delivered before the 30th. To add insult to injury, they refused to rebate me any monies even though it took 8 days to deliver the package. I can't recommend ever using FedEx again.
