She told me that I had to fill out an application renewal portion online. Since I was there, Hollis happily took my passport photo and showed me how to navigate online on how to go about filling out the application form. I returned a few hours later and Hollis immediately recognized me and made sure I had all the correct information and documents for my paperwork. Having this kind of customer service is fantastic. And Hollis definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you again, Hollis. Keep up the great work!

FedEx kiosk exists but will be working only half the time, and when it is, it’ll be full to the point of spilling out on to the floor, so… you’ll wait anyway for someone to take your package (unless you want to just leave it randomly on the floor where customer traffic is.) There will always be at least one customer who needs 45 minutes of intensive printing or shipping help that one employee indulges over the other 10 waiting people, while the other 4 employees try their best not to make eye contact. If it was once, ok, bad day, but this exact scenario has played out half a dozen times now. Avoid at all costs. Go to any other shipper and save yourself the massive hassle.
