  Worst FedEx ever. They always have a problem with your packages. If you do it yourself and buy your own labels. Absolutely worthless place to go. Always trying to charge you extra for something because they don't like the way your package looks She said..MY MANAGER WONT TAKE THIS.. WHY? BECAUSE ITS NOT A PERFECT SQAURE? CAUSE I HAD TO CUSTOM MAKE MY OWN BOX? I PAID FOR ALL THE BIGGEST DIMENSIONS ON IT AND ITS WRAPPED IN LARGE BUBBLE WRAP PLUS IT'S JUST A WOODEN TOY. SORRY WE EITHER REPACKAGE THIS FOR YOU 0R TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE... NO YOUR NOT CHARGING ME $60 TO REPACKAGE SOMETHING THAT IS SUFFICIENT IVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 15 YEARS AND THIS IS THE ONLY OFFICE I EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH. EVEN LAST WEEK I TOOK IN A GOLF CLUB COMPLETELY ENCASED IN BUBBLE WRAP WITH ENVELOPES TAPED AROUND IT. MIND YOU THIS IS METAL AND THEY STILL SAID THEY WOULDN'T TAKE IT CUZ IT'S NOT IN A BUBBLE MAILER IN WHICH WE SAT THERE AND DISSECTED IT FOR 10 MINUTES UNTIL SHE REALIZED THEY WERE BUBBLE MAILERS. EVEN TOLD THEM I'M NOT WORRIED ABOUT IT BREAKING BECAUSE OF THE METAL SHAFT AND THIS ONE AS WILL BEING A SOLID PIECE OF WOOD. I'M NOT GOING TO OVER PAY FOR A BOX YOU SAY I NEED BECAUSE IT'S AN AWKWARD SHAPE. THIS IS WHY YOU GIVE PEOPLE THE OPTION TO PAY FOR IRREGULAR PACKAGE ON THE SITE. other FedEx took it no problem I even uploaded the accepted receipt won't be wasting my time or gas to come to this place anymore That's all you're doing is trying to get extra money for your store.

  Lack of any helpful assistance despite plenty of staff for the amount of business... Certainly enough to take a moment to explain their process after I told them I just need to print two forms which I could have done with the flash drive I had or self printing, had I known that was an option. Instead, they directed me to email it to their server, forcing me to spend several minutes separating files and composing an email and then charging me $3.42 to print 2 standard 8.5 by 11, black and white pages. I guess I know for next time, however, I will not return to a place where the staff does little to nothing to assist the customer when they arent busy in the least. There were more staff members than customers.

  Today we went to FedEx to print and email some documents.in the process we had some difficulties we tried many times without success.so called for help and really we were Very disappointed the person from his response.the help here are not the best.i think FedEx should look at this location for improvement.

  I should have known with the 3.4 rating this place would suck. I tell the guy I need to print he tells me what to do no issue I then have to wait 15 minutes without any acknowledgement from any of the women in the building . 2 were doing packaging and the other had a dressy outfit on printing and never once said a word . I say something and the lady says the guy that talked to me is on break Carla never once said anything to me and now she comes up and helps another guest who came in after me. What a shame the service here sucks . Especially from Carla
