    Just left had to walkout because of slow service and the person working at the desk was taking people before me just rude. I just walked out and didnt say anything. Never coming to this location again!

    The staff is so unwilling to help it is laughable. The store has a fully functional printer to produce blueprints and upon arriving to ask them print some copies of the lady in charge was just making it so difficult it is not even worth to wait. I just sent over the copies to a professional place where they produced the whole thing in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend not to use FedEx offices to print anything.

    I made one black and white copy and my debit card was billed $25. I wanted to use the gift cards that I had with me but I was told they were no longer accepted at any of the stores and I could not get any of my money back that remained on the cards. I was literally robbed by this company coming and going. Who's going to do something about this????

    This his was the worst FedEx visit I’ve had. A staff member named MYCAL at this location is EXTREMELY RUDE, UNHELPFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL you name it. I felt disrespected when I asked for help with a heavy item. I was left without assistance and had to manage on my own, which was stressful, especially as an ELDERLY CUSTOMER. The quality of service at this location needs immediate improvement. And, as you can see, the staff member named MYCAL has consistently received negative reviews, so FedEx should take a step, or they’re going to keep getting one-star reviews just because that one employee is making it difficult for so many other customers. FedEx, how can you hire someone that’s so incompetent? Please review and get your staff well trained, especially MYCAL.
