- SDStuffem DoublesSep 22, 20251.0I made one black and white copy and my debit card was billed $25. I wanted to use the gift cards that I had with me but I was told they were no longer accepted at any of the stores and I could not get any of my money back that remained on the cards. I was literally robbed by this company coming and going. Who's going to do something about this????

- VRVeejay RajputAug 18, 20251.0This his was the worst FedEx visit I’ve had. A staff member named MYCAL at this location is EXTREMELY RUDE, UNHELPFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL you name it. I felt disrespected when I asked for help with a heavy item. I was left without assistance and had to manage on my own, which was stressful, especially as an ELDERLY CUSTOMER. The quality of service at this location needs immediate improvement. And, as you can see, the staff member named MYCAL has consistently received negative reviews, so FedEx should take a step, or they’re going to keep getting one-star reviews just because that one employee is making it difficult for so many other customers. FedEx, how can you hire someone that’s so incompetent? Please review and get your staff well trained, especially MYCAL.

I was not expecting this from such a nice area took my business elsewhere like ups where I have never had an issue with rudeness! Need to be fired in my opinion and I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning.
