  The staff are amazing. They are so patient and super helpful. Helped us navigate sending a prepaid self addressed pak from the US to Australia. I’m sorry, we can’t remember the name of one lady there but she was so great. Helped us solve our dilemma. Thank you!

  I had an excellent experience at the FedEx Office in Las Vegas, thanks to Rhonda. She was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Rhonda took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained my options clearly, and made sure everything was done perfectly. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. You can tell she cares about her work and about providing great customer service, which is rare these days. What could have been a stressful task turned into a smooth and pleasant experience because of her. FedEx Office is lucky to have someone like Rhonda on their team. I highly recommend asking for her if you visit this location—she’s fantastic!
