- DDDeepon5 days ago1.0I bought wheels from the Walmart website, but I decided to return them. Walmart sent me to FedEx. At FedEx, they told me that I must have two barcodes because I bought two wheels, even though I was sent only one return barcode since the wheels were delivered as one package, not two. At FedEx, a very rude Black woman refused to accept the return because I had only one barcode. The service was very bad and the customer service was terrible. I had to pay an additional $30 for the return. It feels like a complete scam everywhere.

Won't mail a letter wouldn't mail my box because it was wrapped in paper only their boxes they ship they were very unhelpful and unprofessional to mail an 18-in bike 20-inch box it was ridiculous that didn't include the shipping $23 just to put their box on it and then shipping on top of it so we left never will go back again we'll never go there again and they probably won't have any customers by the end of this Christmas season! This place was a joke and so was it staff.
