- AAAli2 days ago5.0I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Shawn and Elaine. They were instrumental in helping me with my return. Unfortunately, the merchant's incorrect information caused some issues, but Elaine kindly offered to schedule a pickup. When the agent I called couldn't assist, Shawn went above and beyond by offering to accept the return without liability, recognizing the challenges I'd already faced. I appreciate their dedication to helping me resolve this issue and getting the item out of my hands.

When I walked in, there was no line, and she immediately asked if I was shipping something, but there was no greeting or courtesy at all. From her tone and attitude, it was clear she didn’t want to be there or deal with customers. During the process, I politely asked if I could watch her tape up my package and remove an old address label from the box, just to make sure everything was handled correctly. Yolanda refused and told me I didn’t need to watch. I wasn’t rude or impatient…I simply wanted to ensure my package was shipped properly. Thankfully, the manager nearby stepped in to help, which I appreciated. Even with that, the interaction left a bad impression. I also noticed Yolanda ignoring a question from her manager while I was there, which made the entire situation feel even more unprofessional. This could have been a quick and easy visit, but Yolanda’s poor attitude and lack of basic customer service ruined the experience. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and I do not plan on returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper customer service training to Yolanda, because this was unacceptable behavior for a company like FedEx.
- JJJohnSep 6, 20255.0Shipped 2 large packages here. I believe Fausto was the name of the kind gentlemen helping me. I didn’t have the labels pre-printed so he sent me a link to upload them to FedEx. We printed the labels, and then he gave me some shipping tape to attach them to each package. 1 other lady helped me get them scanned into the FedEx system and she gave me my shipping confirmations and I was on my way. Super helpful staff. Thanks again!
