  These guys received one small, cheap package from the delivery person. They held on to it for <1 hour. When I arrived, they decided that it was fair to charge me $7 for their time and effort which when asked they were not able to be explain what actual time and effort went into this. No one at the hotel nor at Amazon, nor at FedEx advised me of any of this, and they were extremely bullheaded and did not offer any type of reconciliation.

  I don’t recommend using this office to overnight anything important. We paid over $150 and the package still hasn’t been delivered a week later.

  We had a major mistake happen during a trade show and the staff jumped right in and helped us correct it. They were proactive in offering us suggestions, and their staff was not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help us. Excellent service!

  As a guest of Fontainebleau, in town for back-to-back trade shows, I’ve been receiving packages at this FedEx location all week. The counter attendants always provided good service. Yes, there is a handling fee per package based on weight, but the prices are much less expensive than packages I received at the Aria.
