I got the first set and they did not work, i had to send them back when I was one week away from my deadline which was a total inconvenience. I had to use other people's printers. I finally got the new cartridges come to find I had to use all of their cartridges at once to make my printer print! I should have NEVER used this company. I should have just stuck with HP. It is worth the money. These can also mess up your printer. I totally regret this purchase.

NOT TRUE!!! and there customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! We spoke with supervisor "Ken" who was nothing more than a whiny rude adult child....and then "pamela" started calling us...she was very rude, threating, and just all out unprofessional!!!!!! I cant believe these people have been in bussiness or even have customers.....The lied on the notes to our account saying they talked to all these different people but I am the only one that works here.....I would never ever recommemd this company to anyone....personal or perfessional......We have even gone as far as to contact almost ever dealer in our area so they know not to use them....We played " Pamela's" voicemail for some of them and the agreed the Company is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! CHEAP PRODUCT...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY>>>>>Should be FFFFFFFF rated!!!!!!!!
