Her attention to detail, responsiveness, friendliness, and overall great customer service left me with a great impression of this location.   Hedy is phenomenal. She was there for us throughout the entire process, from planning for our signage and providing quotes, to producing everything on time and with great quality. She hand delivered rushed items to us during our event and was available at a moment's notice. Cannot thank Hedy and the team enough for the care they've taken to ensure our event looked perfect.

  We used AlphaGraphics to produce a bound, multi-page document at the last minute for our Sales Kickoff. They literally rescued us, as neither FedEx Office nor OfficeDepot could handle the job by our deadline. Both the team there and the final product were OUTSTANDING. I honestly can't say enough positive things about our experience. Everything (production speed, communication, cost, quality, etc.) were top notch. Our contact there, Katie Miller, was fabulous! Their team even spotted a few pages marked as "TO COME," which was intentional on our part, but they reached to make sure prior to production. I was SO impressed by them. We'll definitely use AlphaGraphics again when we come to Vegas.

  Katie Miller has been fantastic to work with! I reached out via email, had another vendor lined up, but because Katie checked in with me multiple times to offer her services, when my vendor ghosted me, she legitimately saved my printables! :) Highly recommend!
