  I really wish you could leave zero stars. How any company does business with this delivery service is beyond me and paints the company in a bad light. Scheduled delivery of my item with them on a certain day from 8a-12p. The times came and went with no call, no show. Checked again and it said it was “delayed” but “out for delivery” and now would be delivered by 530p. Again, time went with no call and no show. I took the day off work for this to ensure someone was here. By 8p the site now said the delivery was cancelled. The next day I tried calling with no answer. I got on the chat and was told the item was received at the destination city and had to be picked up by the delivery team. They would be in contact to schedule a delivery date/time. A week goes by with nothing. I tried calling again, no answer. Got on the chat and was told the same thing as last time. When asked why it was scheduled for delivery, out for delivery, and then cancelled and now magically not even in their possession, apparently they didn’t have a script for that question. Well another week and still nothing. The item was bought from Costco and they should be ashamed of contracting this company for their deliveries. NEVER AGAIN!!

  This company is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and shady. I purchased an elliptical from Dick's sporting goods a few days after a black friday. Dick's uses this company for delivery. My delivery was scheduled for December 10th between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. when 1:45 came I reached out to the company to see what the status of my delivery was. The operator told me that my delivery had been rescheduled to between 3:00 to 6:00. When 5:30 arrived my delivery had still not been completed. When I picked up my phone to call the company again a text message came through stating that they could not make my delivery today. They claimed that they were on the way but they got stuck in traffic. I reach out to Dick's to cancel the delivery. Dicks confirmed that the company never even picked up my elliptical from the store. I wasted a whole day waiting for them to arrive. Every since the day I canceled my order this company has been emailing and texting me. I have blocked several numbers that have texted me on behalf of this company. Today is January 18th and they are still texting and emailing me. Today they even sent me an email stating that my order had been delivered. This company has terrible business practices. They wanted me to leave a review so here's the review. I would leave zero Stars if possible.

  Worst business to handle anyone's business I ordered a product on the 17th of july updates stopped on the 21st of July was told it would take 4 to 9 days to get transported it's been 11 days almost 12 days and when I contact them they ain't much help about the order iv seen a lot of bad reviews about this company you would think other companies would stay away with no good reviews this company makes the companies you order from look bad

  This is one of the WORST companies to deal with! It's impossible to get someone on the phone. I ordered through sam's club and this is the company they use to deliver. I ordered Nov 25 and was promised a delivery in December. A person called and scheduled a delivery and I had to take work off to be home. They never called, showed or emailed to say delivery wasn't happening. When I contacted them they said the couch didn't make it on the truck. Same thing happened the next week, they scheduled a delivery and never showed up. So now I'm out two days of work and no couch. When it didn't show up the second time, I tried contacting them for days, they finally told me they couldn't locate it in the warehouse and they would be in touch. I never heard from them again. There is no consideration on their part for their customers time. After months, I got an email saying my shipment was delivered. I contacted AIT and they said, no your shipment was actually lost, contact whoever you bought it from it isn't our problem. Terrible communication and customer service! I would NEVER recommend this company.

  I have never had a worse experience getting a package picked up / delivered. The local office's dispatch phone line has been out for over two WEEKS. The corporate office is clueless. Crazy that they are still in business. Was promised a callback from a supervisor/manager over a week ago, but never received. Zero stars.
