If I could rate it zero I would. I made a passport appointment online. I drove 30 miles with all of my paperwork to discover that the passport employee did not show up for work. I find it hard to believe that of the two people in the empty post office, neither could perform the service. Next available appointment here is over a month away.

Unique building. Joseph was great at helping me track down my My Little Pony package that I was sent to me as a graduation gift from my Auntie Brittle.

Typical gov't entity; making your life more difficult than it needs to be. Hopefully this will save you all the hassle that I went through. If you want to mail a package to this location for someone to pick up and they DON'T have a PO Box there don't send it to their address. Yes, that's right. Don't mail it to their address. They will return your package to sender within hours of receiving it. Why wouldn't they hold onto it for at least 24 hours? You have to address it to name of receiver, "General Delivery", Jean, NV, zip. Who the heck would know to do that unless you called the Post Office before you shipped something? Why would you even think that a package would be refused and returned if you mailed it to their address? You also have to have the person the package is addressed to there in person with an ID. Not sure how my 12 year old child would present an ID. Absolute asinine policies.
