- KLK LPJun 18, 20251.0Cindy is really the best they’ve got she’s never been rude or crass. She doesn’t act like your burdening her when she fufills her job duty same with the sweet lady with the short black hair they can get 5 stars. However the one in charge is rude everytime I’ve brought a complaint to her I guess when you live in a small town people think it’s okay to speak to you any kind of way and refuse to accept responsibility of giving others your mail and putting others mail in your box. If you are gone for any period of time forward your mail. The excuse of mixed up mail will get blamed on you. The only mail getting mixed up is socials, debit/credit cards, and packages etc. no explanation yet I get my mail from other people besides the post office which is where other people got it from. The junk mail makes it in every box without fail lol take some responsibility stop blaming people and treating them like they are stupid! And lose the attitude or expect attitude right back. Glad I got a PO Box somewhere else that I haven’t had issues with receiving anything important. It feels nice to know I’m the one receiving my mail there and it has been nice not receiving others mail there. Clearly something isn’t right out here. Wish someone would look into it.

I usually don't get back in town until after they close and have to wait days until I can finally get there before they close to get my packages as they do not have enough parcel lockers for the multitude of packages received daily. I know we're a small town but if this a daily problem they need to be upgraded to have more parcel lockers available. Also frustrating that informed delivery is not offered at this location, even though they have signs all over the lobby suggesting it
