- FKFor KnowledgeAug 7, 20251.01 year later I am leaving another bad review. If I could give negative stars I would. They have some of the most incompetent people working at this post office. They returned an item to sender stating the address number was wrong. It clearly shows the correct address on all the paperwork I have! The post office in Crystal Bay is going downhill too because they keep sending these incompetents over to Crystal Bay to fill staffing and they put stuff in the wrong boxes. When Nelly works there, I have ZERO problems. The temp staff complain about commuting like 2 miles to Crystal Bay? I have had two packages in my box that were not mine over the past month. Incline just has some lazy and incompetent staff, period. The staff need to be held accountable because the companies and customers are paying for all these delivery mistakes! last year I had 3 packages this happened to and it took like 6 months to get any sort of claim completed.
