  The new girl sucks. I’ve always had a great experience coming here until she started working here. I’ve interacted with her multiple times since she started, and it’s always been the same. I know she’s learning, but she takes forever. Every single time she goes to get my packages, she’s back there for a while, and I can hear her coworkers telling her she’s looking in the wrong spot. Also, she’s rude. She holds my packages behind the counter like I’m going to run off with them before signing, when everyone else has always just set them on the counter. Then she talks to me in a very condescending way, like I don’t know how to pick up my packages. She has never once said hello or greeted me—she just stares at me like I’m supposed to read her mind that she’s ready. The last time I was there, I had a fairly big package to pick up, and she DRAGGED it across the floor, barely past the counter. She didn’t ask if I needed help and just expected me to be fine taking it to my car. Like if you can’t carry it, how do you expect me to do it? The other people who work there have asked me if I needed help before and are so nice! Not her. This is not the experience I want for a simple task when picking up packages.

  The young men are helpful and /polite/pleasant, but I was asked me when I walked it that’s it’s be 15 minutes, because the person”Pamela, was working on something. After watching people just come in a go and even vacant at times I waited for just under half an hour to get a simple notary.

  The store manager, Pamela, exemplifies what customer service should be. I was looking for label printing service, using yelp for the first time. She responded quickly, and was nice, professional, and efficient. Because of her, I’ve already placed another with her store. High five UPS. High five Pamela.

  I have always been impressed with the service, personality and knowledge of everyone at the UPS store, Matt has a vast never knowledge of the business and cost effective ways of shipping a parcel , I know he learned it all from his father who is a great teacher, I highly recommend this location for using UPS.
