  The lady who works there, April is one of the nastiest I've seen. Everyone else at this place is so nice EXCEPT this old lady. She always has attitude whenever you speak to her. She seems very slow, which wouldnt be a problem if she didn't have such a nasty attitude. Sometimes she acts like you aren't even there. My dad and I come here from time to time to time to drop of packages and we both agree she is the absolute worst worker there. Word of advice, avoid her. Go to another register if someone else is working there. They are actually professional.🤦🏽‍♂️

  Rafael at this UPS is fantastic. He is the reason that we have used this location for our multiple businesses for the last 4ish years. He provides excellent customer service, going above and beyond when no one asks him to. He is very helpful and never makes you feel dumb or out of place for asking questions or forgetting the answers. He has a pleasant demeanor and a kind sense of humor that makes the tedious task of mailing things go by. If Rafael ever was moved to another location, I fear we would probably have to move with him. Thank you for years of excellent service.

  We're very happy with this UPS store location. All the staff is friendly, helpful and always smiling. Store is tidy and clean.
